encrypted DVDs

I'm looking to make a backup of one of my DVDs.....
DVD shrink won't do it (come up with a read error), DVD43 and neroRecode won't do it (another read error). Are there any alternatives?

I use img burn for just about everything tbh.

quick :bump: on this as none of the above is working.

I can backup most of my DVDs, but some come out with a read error but play fine

Maybe the disc is fubar'd?

As I said... never had any trouble before... and I've done a fair few tbh.

Never had a problem with anydvd installed . Dvd region free does exactly the same .

hated anydvd when i had it.

i use fabdvd platnium - will decode all the encryptions including sony's (they're the hardest). job done
