Engine Bay Mount

I have just bought myself a mount (i think) that I'm going to be getting powder coated and then get it fitted. The mount i have is in the picture below.

Now i have a few questions regarding this mount.

1, Is it a simple case of bolt off and bolt back on ?
2, Do i need to support the engine when taking this off ?
3, If yes to the above whats the best place for the jack/ axel stands to be under the car ?
4, Will changing this effect anything (Mounting / Timgbelt) in anyway ?
5, How long roughly would it take someone who is a novice to do this ?

Jack on the sump, unbolt and bolt new one on, piece of piss mate! Less than 10 minutes. Won't effect anything just a cover/mount

Jack on the Sump ?

I thought that then i started to shot myself thinking i would crack the sump or make a total **** of it.
If i use the jack n the sump would i be wise spreading the weight with a block of wood ?

Ye probably best for good practice, I never have mind and been ok.

I think i will do that @Fraser.J. as i don't want to make a mess of it. My front bumper and all the arch liners are coming off on saturday so I'm hoping by next week i will have all the parts powder coated and then fitted again.

Just with looking at what renault are charging for that mount is crazy - £74.58+vat

I think i will 100% using a good bot of wood and have the whole lot supported.

Would it be possible to have an axel stand or jack anywhere else ?
