engine coolant?

everyone will hate me for this noob question but what's the best to use?

I have so read that putting the expansion bottle in the dishwasher is my best bet instead of a new one?

Type D coolant is lime green which looks cool too.

You can get new expansion tanks off eBay for £10. They come with a crap lid so keep your original lid.
