Engine cover removal

  Clio 172
i've just taken my engine cover off because of the usual rattle problems, but now that its off i see the coilpack is fairly exposed to any water that might creep in. is it ok to leave it off or am i best to just endure the rattle??

If you look at a couple of the guys cars they run without it. If your worried get some Castrol DWP or something simular that seals electrics. Use it on my bike as the plugs are exposed to the elements.

iv had mine off for ages with no problems:)

Us poor Cup owners don't even get an engine cover so ours is like that all the time so should be ok! :)
