Engine cutting out on idle!! PH1

Hi, any help please?!

I pull up to a unction and the engine cuts out. It's happening more and more now but I have to drive with a bit of heel and toe to stop it and it's not the safest.

Has anyone had this before? Sometimes if I let it idle the revs just dip and pick back up, other times it just cuts out. Looking to get this fixed tomorrow so if anyone could help that would be great.

Sounds like the idle control valve.
