engine feedback through 6x9's

FF Black 182 + Cup Packs
I have recently installed new components, mids, 6x9's and a sub. Im running the comps and mids through head unit, and i have an amp each for the 6x9's and the sub.
All is well when everything but the 6x9s are running however, when i run the 6x9s, i can hear the engine noise through the 6x9s, i.e the noise is higher pitched the more I rev(bit rubbish when im pushin the 182)
any ideas?
ive already tried fitting a noise suppressor to the 6x9s amp which helped a little but not alot.
Has anyone come across this before as it is doing my nut in now!

Cheers

it does sound like a bad earth connection, make sure the paint has been removed from where the earth is connected it has to be touching bare metal. I recently installed a sub/amp bought from the car audio centre and mine is fine just use a screw driver so scratch away some of the paint.

hope this helps

IMO take them out and just leave the mids and sub in, both running of the amp.

If not have you run your wire seperate power, RCA leads and speaker, down different ways.

throw them in the bin

acoustically your system will sound better with amped fronts and a sub, 6x9s draw the sound back behind where you are sat, it doesnt sound anywhere near as good

if you sat in my car you wouldnt know i didnt have any back speakers

i had a mate who had that like he said run the live wires down diffrent sides of the car ie the remote and live

It's defo a bad earth and problably pish cable to blame. Make the earth wire as short as possible to the amp. give the earthing point a good rub with sand paper till it's down to the bare metal and make sure it's screwed up well tight. And, as said above, make sure the RCA's and the power lines go down opposite sides of the car. I found it even better if I ran the blue wire (remote) down the centre of the car.
Alternatively, dont run the 6x9's off the amp just the sub. You dont get alternator whine off a sub on its own.
