Engine help

hello, hope okay someone can help.

Went to use my Clio 182 yesterday, I only drive it at weekends, and when I did it doesn't feel like the kick you normally get at 5000 rpm is kicking in, the oil is fine it's drives fine, it dosent do a lot, I service it every 6 months, it's on 82000 miles, there are no lights on in car. I am lost to what is wrong really.

Any help would be great!

Might have the 98ron map? That usually smooths the power delivery and the 5k kick isn't as noticeable I think.
