Engine Management Light Warning

Early this morning whilst driving to the station the engine management light popped up on the dash.
The car had been on the go for a few minutes so was obviously still cold. No misfire, no change in engine tone, no knocking.
When I arrived at the station I turned it off and restarted the car only to find that it was still there.

Any ideas?

Something you will need to have the car plugged in to confirm/deny and possibly replaced. It sounds like the heating element is playing silly buggers to me though and throwing the EML on
