Hi folks. My eml is coming on showing a fault with the O2 sensor ( bank 1 sensor 1 on fault reader) but it has been replaced and it still comes on. Renault dealer thinks it might be down to a faulty injector brain. Anyone heard of this before. Once the fault codes are reset, it's fine for a while. Eml will come on when car is in traffic and up to half way on the temp gauge. Sometimes when cold it seems to struggle a bit and the light comes on. Happens a couple of times a week. Anyone any ideas? Thanks folks.

Where did you get the sensor from? On a seperate note is it misfiring?

Sensor supplied by technician, probably a motor factors. Car doesn't miss a beat. It can be a tiny bit lumpy when cold, and it sounds as if there is a bit of an exhaust blow out which disappears as soon as it starts to warm up.

Sometimes its better to get an original part, motor factors can be hit and miss.
