engine managment light is on??

it came on recently, i have decat and filter but ive had those for like 2 months, cant take to renault coz of mods?? any other way of knowing whats wrong?

Yep.

I had the emissions light (called a toxic fume warning light in the manual) come on when I drove through a massive puddle. Its on the far right of the dash, right at the bottom.
