What are the telltale signs that I may need to replace my engine mounts?

Usually loud knocking when accelerating/coming off the pedal in 1st/2nd gear.

Im having that problem also , not a knocking noise tho, more of a squeak! doing my nut

Top engine mount mine used to have horrible movement at high end of the revs.

Replaced all my mounts with the uprated ktec ones and the powerflex dogbone bushes. Car feels so much better now and much more solid.

There is a lot of vibration on idle however i'll happily live with that.
