who can rebuild it and what sort of money are you looking at?

Not sure id file it under the fun category, but certainly satisfying when you start it up and it doesnt rattle its tits off and seize up in a cloud of smoke

and the parts alone for a complete engine build are? pistons and rings are??? £500?
maybe buy the 1500k engine on here then rebuild mine myself!!! agree if it runs great it will be ohhhhh! so great!!!
if it goes bang just lay in the road and get run over!!!!
