Engine sized advice ?

Well my engine siezed timing slipped at 70mph
Should I source engine or have garage rebuild it ?
Advice and suggestions please

I just replied to your other thread. Getting a good used engine will be much much cheaper, but rebuilding it might be a good opportunity to do a nice ported or at least smoothed head, new valves, and forged internals...mmmm forged.
