engine soundproofing

how easy is it to fit ? at some point in my cars life it has been removed, and the engine makes a lot of noise now days so i would like to re-fit some soundproofing. i have no idea how it attaches though so if anyone could enlighten me that would be helpful

Really. My bonnet is in need of a respray anyway, 135k have taken it's toll!
