engine still smokes

Hi i post up a while ago about my car smoking away and some said head gasket and some said cyclinder head cracked so i got new gasket and a new gas flowed and ported head fitted and started it up and it still smokes does that meen i need a new bottom end or just a part changed on the bottom half of engine.

i got a vid of the the engine smokeing away so you now what i was talking about .
