Engine Transplant

  clio mk2
I am looking to put a 1.8 in my 1.2 8v 1999 clio not sure what to look for. Someone said the rsi i would be a good idea. Would i have to go for a 1.8 8v or would it be an easy swap to a 1.8 16v. Cheers Ally :S

Any engine (excpet the Mk2 CLio) is an easy swop Williams or 1.8 (8 or 16V) is much the same.
Its a fair bit of work best get a whole doner car realy and swop it all.

Ooops good point I thought the poster had a Mk1 Clio not a Mk2. Thats will serve me right for posting without reading.
