Engine Vibration

Hi, I recently had my o2 sensor replaced and now the engine seems to vibrate alot more. I've checked the engine and gearbox mounts and they seem ok. It gets worse with revs (car not moving), also checked ecu for fault codes, all clear !.
Any ideas ??????????
