Well, its been quite a week really what with other things cropping up that were most unwelcome and today being a right idiot with a trolley jack coupled with a bit of bad luck! However, I decided to give the Cup a quick evening wash and it came up really nicely. Pottered around the house sorting bits out, then thought sod it ill go for a drive.

Only having had it a couple of months I haven't really opened the taps but...oh...my...word. Ive been reading threads on getting cars to mint condition, repairing everything yourself, cleaning dust out of air vents and polishing till you can use your car as a mirror. All the while I think I actually forgot why I bought the Cup in the first place and why I love performance cars.

It may not be the tidiest of Cups, and Ill probably spend a small fortune on it but I think its a bloody good and enjoyable car.
Viva la 172 Cups!

There's nothing wrong with having a shiny car, although I can't be arsed with it.
Always remember the're for driving not polishing.;)
