ESP Light ON constantly

was just driving home last night and the ESP/traction control light come on. Tried the switch but nothing changed, still on. if i stop the car and start it again the light goes out but after 20 or 30 mtrs it comes back on, doesnt affect driving so not that bothered but it's just nigglin at me!!

Any body got any ideas what it could be??

some say it can be the abs sensor under the seat, if the seat has been moved quickly or too hard it can pop off or loosen, take a look and fiddle around, some1 got in my seat to drive it and whacked the seat back too hard and it came on i moved the seat forward gently had a little wiggle and its not been back on since.
