ESP+SERV FAULT

Anyone had this fault before 52 plate sport 172 ,when cruising anywhere between 40-80mph ESP and SERV lights comes on,its been on a code reader and they found no faults, the ABS rings have been checked,please help it drives me mad.

i feel your anger mine does the same, it was suggested to me that it could be the brake pedal sensor, but i havnt had it changed yet because im unsure if it is that, i dont even touch the brakes and it comes on .....

I had same problem was STEERING ANGLE SENSOR.
