a clio cup with headlight washer jets?

has any of the cup's come with this as standard, or would of they been put in.
the reason i ask is my mate is going to look at a 172cup tomorrow, and from the picture it looked like the washer jet cap was missing, but in fact the bloke said it was the washer jet!!! he doesn't know if they were put in by the previous owner.

nope, never heard of it.
what colour is the 'cup' ? as a lot of 172 owners are saying they have cups when they don't they have the full fat 172's.

on the cups they have a square blankin plate , but some ppl might mistake them for the type that when used pops out for a second , like the ones on mercs etc

look at the head lights if there HID`s then itll have washers
