Everyone else's EE network working?

Had no EE signal all afternoon/evening, I'm guessing I've accidentally been cut-off or something as I signed a new contract last week.

Can anyone offer any advice as I can't call EE because I can't use my phone lol. I might end up having to return to the store where I bought the phone.
