The 172 has a few "niggles" which i have been trying (and failing) to sort. Its in teh garage just now hetting an exhaust fitted on and off to get lazer tracked on Wed.
The 1.4 is more fun to drive. You cna really throw it into a corner and it will just stick (good suspension and tyres) the 172 has a bad knock form what i think is the Cv joint and the WORST tyres in the world. Fast though!

both look cool although not a fan of the wheels id get a set of 15" dynamique wheels for it (think thats what hes lookin for anyway) 15s are the way forward

Well its not getting mor common mate, they stopped making them!! But yeah its just more of us on CS have them, still pretty rare imo. And cheers Dave for washing it and erm weight saving (wheres my petrol?!?! ) But seriously thanks for having a look and taking it for the exhaust.

Oh yeah forgot to say, aye it was fitted yesterday, for future reference cut on the other side of the axle Just needs a wee bit of adjustment now, rattling off the heat sheild a bit, also its far too quiet!!

Ahh right that explains it. Definetly one of the nicest looking RS models around here i've seen just couldn't understand why anyone would ruin it with those bits that were on it.
