Exhaust hanging off!!

Oh no!! Just drove back down motorway and car sounded very loud and throaty. Got home to have a look, and exhaust is hanging off!!
Whats best to do. Buy a renault replacement, or go stainless steel? What will each cost? Anyone recommend a system? not to rude boy though!!

for the price the OEM Renault will cost you, you may as well go stainless.. least it wont rust & fall off after 3 years, like many seem to be doing.
