Exhaust Help!

Just wandering if someone could clear something up for me...

I want to get a cat back exhaust system for my cup from k-tec, but just wondering if there a direct replacement for the standard exhaust system...

Do they just unbolt the original and bolt the new one in or does it involve cutting and welding etc?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but im not to clued up when it comes to this stuff..

yes its a direct replacement providing they take it off in one section

Not to worried if the original one gets slaughtered, just dont really like the idea of the new one being welded on, would much prefer it to be bolted on for ease of removal if need be...

Normally the standard exhaust is cut just behind the back box to aid in removal.
