Exhaust Surround

how big are they? my exhaust is 4inches and i've gotta feeling that the 182/172 exhaust surrounds are only 3.5inches. anyone know?

On my 3.5 inch exhaust, there was a few mm between the exhaust and the surround.

yeah with my cut out ive left a few mm gap around the exhaust so its not touching obviously but was just wondering if the exhaust surrounds would fit my hole ive cut. not 100% how big the cut out is but i know my exhaust itself is 4" so would have to be abit bigger than that
