How many sections has the 182 exhaust got ?

Manifold, cat and the cat back is a one piece system standard. 2 piece if you go after market or requires replacement.

So basically from the middle silencer to the two tail pipes is just one section?

Yes. You have to cut it to replace either the center section or the back box.
