Exhuast tail pipe size?

Does this make a difference to performance? Ive been looking at 2 exhausts and the tail pipes are different sizes i'd prefer 3.5" but ive also been lookiing at 4" tailpipes but am thinking this maybe too big and boy racerish?

Also anyone got any pics of their tailpipes please?

there was a good thread up fairly recentish about this....loads of rear pictues of dif exhausts, try the search mate cos it wqas quite good

the actual tailpipe is just for show really, so won't make any difference to performance. What will, is the diameter of the tubing used for the length of the exhaust.
