Noticed a slight problem with my expansion tank the other day.
As you can see there's a circular moulded plastic bit on the top part below the cap.
The problem is that there's a very slight hole in it, just at the top left of the circle.
After it was warm and I popped the bonnet you can hear the sound of the pressurised air escaping and slight bit of water bubling out.
You can see the white bits where the water has come out and boiled off but hardly any water does get out because it's not noticeably losing any
So what do I do? Any suggestions for a cheap diy fix?
Cheers
Tom
