I'll start this by saying I'm really not a computer person, so the less jargon, the better
I bought a 500gb external hard drive about a year ago, and has always been. I keep all of my stuff on there as back up, including all stuff from when I had my computer wiped a few months back.
But tonight as I click on the drive I get the following message:
The disk in drive I is not formatted.
Do you want to format it now?
I haven't got a clue what this means lol.
How do I get around this without breaking something/losing data lol?
