external temp gauge

my temp guage was working fine the other day...now its sayin 42 degrees.:S

can it be changed from celsius to farenheit? is it a commim fault?

Look under the passenger side door mirror & you'll see a nipple thing, give it a wipe over.

Yep that's what it is, as said give it wipe over, it that doesn't sort it (which it should do) It'll be a pain in the backsode to sort otherwise.

mines is defo on the drivers side.... weird!! must be because its an import..

The drivers one on my car just has a hole under it (where it would be) The nearside has the nipple thing.

Mine is also doing the same, but both mirrors have nipples :S Guess I'll have to clean them both.

Prob the only part of the car thats working properly on mine!
