extra thin balance weights?

if there is very low clearance between caliper and wheelrim, are extra thin (less than 5mm thick) balance weights available?
if so....where?

Stick them on the back of the rim away from the face.

they were more or less on the centreline of the wheel, hence the interference with the calipers.
I'm going to use spacers anyway, so that *might* solve the problem, if not the extreme rear of the wheel is ok too?
