Extreme Colour Coding

Hi, just like to say hello to everyone first as this is my first post didnt know this club existed.

Id like the opinion of others if thats ok, Im thinking of colour coding my beloved cyclone blue clio extreme, now I have got a mate (whos a professional sprayer) to do the bump strips but do you reckon it will look any good if I have the bumper and spoiler done too? I just cant picture it done. Also the other day I tried buying soem chrome 16v signsn off mike172 who incidentally told me about this club (thanks mike) however I cant get them chrome anywhere. So... my two options are, colour code the 16v sign but leave the 16v lettering chrome, or.. get it done in an as close as chrome silver. My sprayer mate reckons itll look daft with them silver but im not so sure, what do you lot think. Advice much appreciated

my vote goes for the daft vote (ie. silver) - like the 172/182s (are they daft?! ud be a brave man to say so on here!!)

I thought the daft option too (considering I didnt think it would look daft until he mentioned it. Im getting the bump strips done for £60 which I didnt think was that bad as its 8 layers I think he said altogether

Thanks for the welcome, yeah green seats look so good with the rest of the car! problem is when I got it I said to my girlfriend no eating in the car, then one day when I was waiting for her to finish work I started munching on a double decker and got chocolate stain on the seat. I good some Dry cleaner for car seats, (like a foam thats supposed to dry instantly, but it just spread it. gotta get seat steam cleaned now

The seats are a nightmare to keep clean.

Even water stains them!

I know, tell me about it, it was once so clean! Ive been lookin for some cool mats to go with has anyone seen any that will a) go with the interior or b) have the clio sign embroidered into. Renault way too expensive btw! rip off merchants!

masked off the chrome lettering with maskin tape and a sharp blade, primed, sprayed silver, then lacquered them

check out http://www.justmatz.co.ukwww.justmatz.co.uk - they work out about £60-70 i think. But you can have hte cliosport logo stitched onto them.

hey that looks good thats what I suggested too he said it wasnt a problem but he thought it would look strange with the rest colour coded, Im defo going with that thanks alot!
