F.A.O. Bubbles - picture request

Hey Bubbles (or anyone with pics) could you please post up some pics showing your car on a 40mm drop, ideally some true side profile snaps. Your car is on Apex -40mm right?

lol...ok for the money i like them...But they are, bumpy, uncomfortable, yellow, And after a while the handling is wishy washy. Not all that good on track either. In a perfect world coilovers or for a cheaper option Eibacs, but there not as low...

Dan - CHRIST!!!! Original dampers too!! Looks the piece! My tramlines so badly now and they've only been on 12k! OE dampers too

So they don't actually improve the handling? How do they get 'wishy washy' in time? They're just springs? Do you mean they f**k the dampers over time? I'm confused :S

Ive never had any problems with the apex springs, they were on the 172 and i put a new set on the 182 (and i love the fact there yellow ;))

They are firm.. but that doesnt bother me

  No more clio's for me!

Yeah mine tramlines like a biatch! Need to sort myself out something really - koni adjustables? the OE ones are't leaking tho :S and look in quite good condition!

They do eventually shag the dampers...Mine seem ok so far. The cars just very soft as the spring has compressed over time. Put it this way i don't have the confidence in the car i once did...Still drive it like i stole it, but feels a bit unsettled on different surfaces tho.

The koni's look good. Dibraggio has them. It's a semi coilover thing! Bizarre setup. Quite low tho. My dampers look fine too. But to be frank, rory and a few others have had numerous failed dampers after 2k miles.

All about the yellow!

Roy, no messing set of H&R's you will love them.

Knowsit.

Roy not £900 if you pay that you're getting your pants pulled down. There's a brand new warranty complete set for sale on the forum somewhere for a little over £700 IIRC.
