for some reason its cleared my password from the login box, fair enough, got a validation code emailed to me, where i can change the password. Enter code and mothers maiden name and its prompts me to change the password. I type a new one in and it says i answered the security question wrong, or used an invalid password! FFS i can't even change it!

any ideas?

What game is it for? Did you pay for/and download it or buy a retail version from a shop?
