f**ked reverse?

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone could shine some light on my situation..

My reverse is VERY hard to get into gear.. like.. its rediculous.. i somtimes think its in..go to drive and it in 1st? if i just push as hard as i can it doesnt go in.. i like have to shock it in by ramming it as fast as i can..!!

Mine likes to be stationary before selecting reverse.

You should be totally still.

Try 1st then Reverse.

Double clutch into reverse.

Take it nice and slowly, it probably doesnt like being smashed in tbh

i'll give the double clutch+1st then reverse..

yeah obviously it ain't going to like it.. but its the only way to get it in..

I'd get it looked at then.

certinally sounds like a linkage issue to me.

pressing the clutch to come out of gear, then lift of the clutch momentarily in neutral before pressing the pedal down again. Old technique that was used before gearboxes had synchromesh and it can help a lot on most cars into reverse
