F@#king Foreign eBay Knobs!

Car  S4 Avant
Just sold a set of alloys, spent hours spraying them and making them look decent, set my advert up, specifically said no foreign bidders, I won't send the wheels abroad.

Link to the alloys

Copy of highest bidders address:

Parvan Andrei Alexandru
str.Vlaicu Voda,nr.22,bl.V82A,ap.31
sc.2, XT133300
sector 3, Bucuresti 031245
Romania
0040747477811

His location is listed on eBay as being in the UK.

What steps can I take now?

I've given a second chance offer to the next highest bidder, how to I get rid of the other tw*t?

I wouldn't give a refund. Just give him the option of collection.

Oh also set up your auctions so people with no feedback can't bid

He probably proxie bidded? Just edit your buyer preferences, I've had no probs since doing that.

You need to email eBay IIRC. They then ban the user (I think) then they'll tell you what to do. It's a fradulent bid I think it's classed as.

you can change your settings so only UK bidders can bid mate, also people with non payment strikes + bad feedback can also be banned.

That will definatly be done. Had the mess around from a portugeasuesaue (sp?) last auction I listed.

eBay is swiftly becoming a waste of time and expensive! Hardly worth selling anything on there these days!

Hope it all sorts out pal.

Thanks Needster, doubt the second chance offer will get taken, as he was bidding against the romanian prick, from £100 upwards.

I could have really used that £155 as well, or what little would have been left after eBay dip their hands in.

I have to say in thsese cases it's the sellers fault for not setting prefrences.

Simple thing to do, they need a card registered with paypal ect... or they can't bid.

They need +5 feedback and no unpaid strikes, they must be registered in the uk.

It's not difficult and it stops this happening.

Yup ... it's stupid.

Oh, and that you can't add P&P costs to certain items ... although I've read that this will change next week.
