f**king Marring

  Not a 320d
Recently machine'd my paintwork (5 weeks ago maybe?) and applied Body Wrap , paintwork was immacculate. I never had any issues with marring, in fact ive not seen blatant visible marring on my paint for a few years now. But today I washed the car having applied Glasur a week ago, I knew Glasur gassed so I left it thinking itd go with the next wash. Today, im left with loads of marring all over the paintwork. Looks to me like drying towel marring though, only thing is, the towels are near enough brand new, and ive been using the same towels for a long time, ive gone through about 10 of them over the years.

Does glasur have any issues with being retardedly soft. Marring seems to be going if I buff again with a clean cloth.

None to Hand :( Might re wax or something, with carbon this time Instead as that doesnt have any problems. Absolutely gutted.

Sure it's marring, not hazing from the wax? Spotted more marring on mine yesterday - wiped down properly and washed again and it was gone. Clearly just excess from the Vics.

Glasur is terrible I find. I use 2-3 when buffing off then a 4th to go over after. Carbon is a much better wax to use, but its not got the durability.

My car must have this then. I corrected the paint a few weeks back. Looked at the car today in the sunlight, absolutely covered in marring. I did put alot of wax on, so hopefully it is just excess Dodo.
Ill go over with some QD and some clean MFs and see where that takes me.
Getting fed up with spending soo much time on this car's paintwork, knowing that in just over a year, it'll be going back to Renault. I may just leave it as a swirlbus. Give it them back in the same state that I received it.
