Well boys admiting to it but said hed be willing to pay to get it repaird but he can shove that as ive done that before and it was more hassel ! so insurance route it is along with a nice Courtesy Car hopefully !

One thing i wanna know is will i have to pay out for the repairs or will it all be coming from his insurance company ! ? as i havent got a scooby !

put it through his insurer, means no excess for you to pay, they will try and direct you to there recommended repairer but you can get it fixed where you want, i had mine done at local bmw specialist. also submit claim for inconvience say £100 to cover all work you have had to do and if you need to say take any holidays off work to get car inspected ask for the net wage you would have earned.

When some tit reversed into my 106 didn't cost me a thing, was all done through his insurance, if he's admitted liability get on the blower to your insurance, they should sort it for you, they'll have a legal assistance crowd who will deal with it (and recover their own expensis from his insurance as well)

Who are you insured with? You have to inform them within a week of the incident

And as said, take the car where YOU want, dont accept their "approved" body shop, quite often cowboys in my experience!

Getting a call from the Repair place today supposidly to take it up and arrange a book in for the repiars getting a car while its in but im having to pay for the damage from my Exess untill its claimed back from the boy insurance !! £500 away

Gutted for you mate, I had some silly b*tch scuff my 182 rear bumper earlier this year, she stupidly parked behind me after doing it. Matched her paint on my bumper, took pictures of EVERYTHING gave it to the police, they did f*ck all!
Left a note on the womans windscreen asking her to call me to sort out the repairs, she called me and denied the whole thing and said she had a witness to prove she didnt hit my car! SL@G!
Ended up paying out myself, mates bodyshop did a cracking job and did it cheap for me anyway, so I was lucky.
