F4R CB1N 736 Technical note ?

I checked some documents in Dialogys. I found this technical document that says to reprogram ECU in F4R 736 engines.
Somebody more information about it ?

I have Clio 172 CB1N 736 K registration 2003 if it helps.

Only if you're having problems starting your car. if you're not, forget it.

contact your local dealer, they can input your reg and see if your car has any recalls against it

in the UK they are called OTS, not sure elsewhere
