faded blue paintwork :-(

right...

so the mk2 is approaching 10 years old.... some of the car is in my opinion starting to look a bit tired... the bumbers and wings and skirts are fine as i recently put them on and had them sprayed.. so i really just need to revive doors... bonnet boot and rear quarter panels. im a total noob at detailing. i bought t cut but havent used it yet. as from what ive seen on here is that t cutis useless on renaults as they have a clear coat and the t cut will just eat into the clear coat. is this correct? if so how can i go about reviving the paint? and before people say get it resrpayed. thats not a option... advice on stuff to use, where to get it and how to use it would be appreciated. my car is royal blue btw thanks

pictures of said paint would help. it may be that the clear coat has dulled or hazed from numerous scratches etc
