Faded looks pants

The strip of plastic in between the windscreen and the bonnet, looks pants and faded, what can i do to bring it up a treat. Do i just paint it or is there something i can use to bring it up to how it was originally?????

deffo a hairdryer or hot air gun!not for too long tho!youll see the results as it heats up!

Bit of heat as suggested then treat and condition with Autoglym Bumper Care gel.
