Failed MOT on Emissions

My car failed its MOT on the emissions test today. The tester said to get the misfire sorted, I have already changed the plugs, coil, CTS, and front Lambda. Im at a complete loss now, should I bother with a compresion test or just get some new injectors?

compression test is easy and cheap as chips so would make allot more sense to do that than spunk money on something just for the sake of it, talk nicely to someone at a garage and get them to stick it on there diagnostics machine most friendly people will do it for free, that should give you a better idea by throwing up a fault code that you can look in to.

do you know if the cat isnt leaking/not working proper ?

Had it on a Generic Reader and it just throws up P0314, Unspecified misfire.

Cat would appear to be ok, not blocked or collapsed.
