Stupid question - explain this please lol.

1 bucket with your shampoo in and the other bucket is for clean water for you to rinse your mitt or whatever in so you dont get grit and grime in the wash bucket I would have thought you may as well have shampoo in the rinse bucket as well.

Best of having plain water in the rinse bucket so the grit falls to the bottem of the bucket rather than getting trapped in any of the suds.
