did you get your license back in the post? i got banned for 6 weeks about 8 weeks ago and still not heard a thing! whats going on?

dont u have to send off for it again?? Im sure I did when I got banned but that was 5 years ago

that is what i have been told, from the DVLA? do you ask for it back so to speak? thing is i have had points before and they just sent my license back to me!

You have to request it back... got banned for a little 151mph problem on the A34 in my old Evo 6... 2 month ban ... managed to wiggle out of 6 month in court.... you have to go to the post office and get a form like any new driver... it explains on the back ..

I dunno when I got banned I needed to send off for a new licence and retake my test again. DD40... Still I just read that site and it comes off my licence in 4 years so only got to wait till november 04 LOL

i got banned at 16 for driving while uninsured

I collect mine from court but i was on probabtion

otherwise you have to pay for a re-issue and request one
