FAO people using royal purple gear oil

I can only find this in 75w 90w, not the 80w GL5 as spec'd by Renault.

I am running this in my avanti box, spoke to them who said..use the renult spec stuff.

this box is VERY expensive and i dont want f**k it up.


When people have used the 75w 90w (in purple royal) do they get any grinding? crunch's etc? i know cheaper 75 90s can cause this.

i really want to use the royal purple stuff!

p.s where are people getting it from? what you paying?

i'm using the lightweight shock proof stuff, thats the daddy (equivalent to 75w80)

tweeks mate, we used it in the superformula prototype 750bhp, it worked

and that fucker was slipping its rear tyres on the wheels!

I've been looking at this tuff too, but it says 90w not 80?

Have you heard anything about the Redline MT90 stuff?
