FAO - people with screens in a Mk1

Where have you put it? The only space i can really see being used in my valver is mounting it to the dash above the glove box.

Where has everyone else whos got one put theres?

take out the central heater blower hole things and get a fibreglass thingy made up for it !

Nah cant be doing with dismantling my dash cus if it broke into id be left with a hell of a mess once it was ripped out!

is it just a screen or is it a screen headunit????

if its just a screen i have seen quiete a few just above the glovebox, other place is on top of the dash but if u have a 16v its gonna restrict your view out the windscreen, if it a tv headunit, then either in the standard place or where the heater vents are, they are easy to remove.

Its just a screen. Can you have a headunit screen in the existing place? Has anyone done it?
