I have my old laptop which is being fixed for all the f**king things the Mac is giving me grief over!

Although were I technically minded, I'm sure there are ways round it...

I have a W810i and literally cannot get the net to work on it. I'm on Orange, downloaded the file from their site to activate it but still nothing and they can't seem to help much.

Anyone else had problems?
