Last year I got a group n remap from fast chip.
earlier this year I had a dyno and realised I had lost power. Luckily, I kept my original ecu so could swap and do back to back testing.
I originally emailed them to complain, but to know response.
From some threads on this site and another thread from ozrenaultsport.com I have been telling all about the bad service i received form them.
Well... it seems that they have come across these threads and are now offering to redo my remap or give me a free RSTuner to make things right.
They have repeatedly said that if they had recieved my emails they would of offered to redo the map for me.
I will keep you informed on if I get the RSTuner device or not. Hopefully this proves that they arnt such a bad mob after all.
