hard decision.....

take your 360 apart and void the warranty and wave a hairdryer at it, or phone microsoft and get them to swop it out.

WTF!!!!

i wouldnt take a black and decker wall paper striper near a 360.

if they knew what they were doing they would use a proper re-work station and know the faulty chip

If anyone has issues, a hairdrier gets the sticker off fine.....

I can get replacement stickers (although I rarely need them now), and re-flash the original firmware if anyone gets the 3 rings of death.

Had 3 machines go back, completely un-noticable.

What causes the 3 lights in the first place ??

Is it overheating along with 90% of 360s other problems ??

I bought one of those Nyko coolers and it's solved my 360 woes. Although Saints Row still crashes once in a while, that's basically due to being such a glitchy game though.

nah switched it off and back on and all seems well and the mo (touches wood with crossed fingers lol)

^ What is the manufacture date on the back ? If its 2005 i would send it back mate, mine did it once in a while then all of a sudden it wouldnt start at all, just 3 lights all the time. Took about 6 months for this to happen. Get it swapped while you still can.

yeah this is a replacement for the one i had stolen so it's the 29/4/2006
